Perhaps the most obnoxious thing about classifying items on the U.S. Munitions List or the Commerce Control List is that each list is horribly formatted, making it exceedingly difficult to browse or search. We have painstakingly reformatted both lists by indenting paragraphs, using contrasting colors for headings, and adding tables of contents.
