Senior Principal Trade Specialist

Jim Fox

the vision

from the beginning

Jack and Bailey founded Aegis with broad focus on the U.S. defense industrial base. They quickly discovered that within that larger category, there was a neglected niche: small and mid-sized businesses in the commercial space industry. They seized the opportunity to serve these businesses with their acumen in export controls, government contracting, and international business transactions. They fell in love with the industry and began recruiting other professionals to complement their skill set. Aegis is now growing day-by-day and has become the go-to law firm for the U.S. commercial space industry.
