The rocket shooting toward two stars reflects our progress and dual mission: driving down legal barriers for space companies and building a new legal culture defined by mission and teamwork. We created the Regulatory-Aware Approach™ after seeing how many clients were blindsided by the way regulations overlap. A decision meant to simplify one requirement often created unexpected problems elsewhere—like choosing an antenna for cost only to discover it violates sourcing expectations for defense customers, or selecting a frequency that triggers one of the longest FCC processing timelines. No one had shown them how the pieces fit together.

Aegis was built to change that. Instead of treating export controls, licensing, telecommunications, corporate decisions, and contracting as separate practice areas, we treat them as interconnected parts of a single mission. This lets us help clients plan ahead, avoid unintended consequences, and make regulatory decisions that support long-term growth.
