Bailey Reichelt
Founding Partner
Bailey is a founding partner of Aegis Space Law and advises commercial space companies on international trade compliance, U.S. launch regulations, and other legal issues affecting the space industry. She also serves on the Board of the Association of Commercial Space Professionals, helping advance education and regulatory advocacy across the commercial space sector.
Kelly Coble
Managing Partner
Kelly advises clients a range of commercial space law matters, including regulatory compliance, government contracting, and commercial transactions. She works closely with emerging and established space companies navigating today’s evolving legal and business landscape.
Nathan Johnson
Of Counsel
Nathan advised clients on FCC and telecommunications matters and has supported the launch and operation of satellite constellations for companies around the world. He is also an active leader in the space law community through the IISL Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition and the Space Court Foundation.
