Alexandra Gortchilova has a diverse legal background with experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. She has served as Partner and Of Counsel at several leading international firms, including Dentons and Bose McKinney & Evans. Over the course of her career, she has advised multinational corporations, private equity groups, and nonprofit organizations on complex governance issues, strategic investments, and high-value M&A deals.
Alexandra has led major transactions in industries ranging from aviation to data analytics and real estate. She has also served on the boards of several Indiana nonprofit organizations and was recognized in Best Lawyers in America for her expertise in corporate law in both 2024 and 2025.
Alexandra received her Juris Doctor from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Dartmouth College. She is licensed to practice law in Indiana and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Bulgarian.
She currently resides in Marbella, Spain, where she enjoys exploring new places, learning languages, and spending time with her family.
